Availablity for counselling in Brighton

I work on a weekly basis, meeting on the same day at the same time.

All sessions are for 50 minutes.

It may be possible to meet for an initial session at other different, one off, times – prior to a regular session time becoming available.

I can recommend trusted, known, local psychotherapists and counsellors, if I cannot accommodate your availability.

If I assess that counselling or psychotherapy in private practice would not benefit you, I would refer you to your GP.
